Refunds
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@itsbyjoja.com, within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and outer packaging, along with your order number. Our team will promptly review your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.
Where an item is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to consume, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please note that any order returned to us by the courier, for example due to an incorrect postcode, or misrouting, will be disposed of.
