Can you provide PAT/Liability Insurance/ Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificates

Yes, we can provide all required certifications upon request. Just inform us of your specific requirements, and we will promptly send the relevant certificates your way.

How far do you travel?

We primarily operate within London, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, and surrounding areas. However, we are open to considering events outside of these regions on a case-by case basis. Please do not hesitate to enquire, and we will do our best to accommodate your event needs.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is subject to our pricing and payment terms as provided on our website or in our invoices. Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please note, final payment is due 14 days before your event. Late or non-payment without a valid explanation will result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note where 50% deposit is applicable, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

If cancellation occurs 4 weeks or more prior to the event date, any balance
already paid beyond the deposit, will be refunded at 50%.    

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event are non-refundable in full.
