Crumble by Jocelyn

Jocelyn's crumble journey started at 11, after one too many disappointing desserts. The ratio was always wrong - too much fruit, not enough crumble. So she started baking her own. Over time, it became her signature: golden, crunchy, 2:1 crumble to apple ratio, and always made with love.

What started as a craving quickly became a tradition. Jocelyn's crumble made its way into birthdays, Sunday dinners, university kitchen tables - anywhere people gathered and needed something warm and familiar. During lockdown, it became the thing everyone asked for. After a while, she realised: maybe this was not just her signature dessert - maybe it was something more. So now, she shares it unbaked, ready for ovens, sweet aromas, and second (or third) helpings.

For Jasmine, "sweet treat" has always meant one thing: COOKIES. From school cookie days to late-night hunts on holiday, she was always in search of the one. Each birthday, she would bake a batch for the family, changing something small every year - more chew, less sugar, darker chocolate, a sprinkle of sea salt.

Eventually, it happened: the cookie she had been chasing for years came out of her own oven. Chewy centre, crisp edges, rich chocolate in every bite. She always imagined baking them for her future family - but for now, she is sharing that sweet magic with you.
