We operate on a weekly dispatch schedule.

📦 One Dispatch Day: Every Monday
🗓️ Order Tuesday – Friday by 6pm to secure your spot
🚚 Delivered to your door on Tuesday via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked

Whilst we always dispatch on Monday and Royal Mail's Tracked 24hr is a guaranteed service, on rare occasions delays can happen.

We get it — plans change!

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time, we'll likely have already begun preparing your order and we want to avoid anything going to waste. Once the Friday 6pm cut-off has passed, orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

If plans change after the cut-off, please get in touch - where possible, we may be able to move your order to a future dispatch date, at our discretion.

Always. Every batch is weighed, mixed, and packed by hand - with care, quality and a whole heap of love.

Crumble? Best served warm with our favourite accoutrement, hot vanilla custard. We would also recommend Madagascan Vanilla Custard, Cream or Ice Cream.

Cookies? Best served warm with vanilla ice cream, cooled down with a glass of milk or on its own - whichever way you choose, it's the kind of treat that never disappoints.

Our crumble is 100% vegan, so you can enjoy it without compromise - but it is not gluten-free.
